Hours: Usually allocated between 11:00am and 4:00pm
Church Farm is a popular farm park attraction for families with young children and our family events are hugely popular.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide a warm welcome and create a memorable experience for our customers by safely driving them around the farm.
This job is a paid role. It's also a great team to be a part of too.
This job position is non-acting. Tractor drivers can be used to deliver barrel train rides or tractor / trailer rides to the public. It is a very responsible role.
MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POST
Responsibility

Providing excellent customer service

Setting up your vehicle for the event

Checking vehicle safety and setup at shift start

Loading and unloading the public on and off the trailer in a friendly way

Delivering necessary safety information to passengers

Driving vehicles safely around the farm

Keeping to strict timing requirements during each event

Clearing away your equipment each evening

Reporting on complaints or problems

Cleaning

Ensuring vehicles and trailers are clean and clear of rubbish
Health & Safety

Ensuring customers adhere to all safety information

Removal of broken or unsafe equipment until it can be fixed
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be friendly and welcoming

Must be able to talk to the public well
Experience

Full and clean driving licence required

Previous tractor driving experience is desirable but not necessary
